Human Factors Specialist (January 2008 to Present)
- Designed mobile user interfaces for a major mobile phone manufacturer on three different operating systems
- Moderated and designed usability testing studies with products such as mobile phones, websites and netbooks
- Analyzed and translated research data into practical applications for clients
- Served as a lab technician responsible for troubleshooting problems in the usability lab and preparing the lab or a mobile lab for other researchers
- Participated in data collection and analysis for an international research project on touchscreen gestures (see Gesture Research)
