The Barnstable Patriot this weekend featured the results of Barnstable’s first ever rating for restaurant sanitation standards. In Los Angeles, these ratings are required to be displayed at each restaurant entrance (in Scarlet Letter fashion). Each restaurant in Barnstable was visited three times during an 18 month period.
