- Worked as a research associate at the Design and Usability Center (DUC) at Bentley College in Waltham, MA from May 2006 to January 2008. The DUC operates as a consulting group with clients from all over the world.
- Graduated from Bentley College in December 2007 with an MS in Human Factors in Information Design.
- Usability intern at The MathWorks in Natick, MA from February to December 2007.
- Worked for Bose Corporation from 2005-2006 as an intranet Web and Web application developer.
- Graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 2004 with a BS in Information Technology. Completed coursework for the MS in Information Technology in 2005.
- Graduate Assistant at RIT in the IT department from 2004-2005. Taught classes, improved coursework, and graded assignments in database courses.

- Graduated from Barnstable High School in 2001. Played basketball and was a member of the “Tech Team” fixing computers and troubleshooting problems.
