Google Reader in Plain English

If you don’t use Google Reader or don’t know what it is, then you should watch this video:

This video is by the people at Common Craft, who are experts at explaining technology. One of their best and most popular videos is Twitter in Plain English. I actually think that video helped increase Twitter usage!

Hey Andrew. I have been trying to get some of my less technical friends to use google reader or any feed reader for a while now. This video should help. How is the tech/HF industry in North Carolina? I’m still toying with the idea of moving there after graduation in May.

Hey Dan, the Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) in NC is probably the best tech/HF spot south of DC. It’s definitely a big change from Boston (a dozen people at the local UPA meetings vs. sold out Boston UPA meetings), but there are a lot of opportunities in the area (Cisco, many banks, IBM, etc.). I personally enjoy consulting, and I love the weather down here. Hope all is well at Ben!
