Trying to Cancel AOL

A couple weeks ago, a man named Vincent Ferrari called AOL to cancel and recorded the conversation (which is perfectly legal, since AOL is also recording the call). The MP3 of his outrageous conversation with an AOL customer service representative circled the Internet last week and the AOL employee was fired.

On June 21st, Matt Lauer interviewed Vincent Ferrari on NBC’s Today Show.
