Macworld 2006

Kevin Rose (Revision3, ex-Tech TV) has posted his predictions for Macworld 2006. Steve Jobs is expected to announce new products at his keynote today at 12pm EST. Stay tuned to sites like MacRumors, Engadget and ThinkSecret for almost-live coverage.

The one item not on Kevin’s list is the rumored Intel-based Mac Mini. The Mac Mini would be marketed as a media center that utilizes the new Frontrow application and allows for PVR.

EDIT (11:21am): The Apple Store is updating.
EDIT (1:17pm): iLife ‘06 (including the new application iWeb). Mac OSX 10.4.4. FM tuner for the iPod. Intel-based iMac… Nothing terribly exciting, but I’ll probably do a review of the new iLife.
EDIT (1:55pm): No more PowerBook. Intel-based MacBook Pro. Shipping in February.
