Digg
Ladies and gentlemen, I have now joined Digg.com. I’ve been reading the site for quite a while to keep up on the latest and strangest developments in science and tech. Now, I have joined the site and I am digging stories. The site is a completely user-controlled social news sharing portal. If you’re on the site, please add me as a friend! I am also a subscriber to the Digg Nation podcast/videocast.
Digg was created in late 2004 by Kevin Rose, the co-host of Tech TV’s The Screensavers. After Tech TV was bought by G4 (to create G4 Tech TV), Kevin moved on to various projects, including Digg, Systm, and This Week in Tech (with Leo Laporte).
